Svetlana Radenković

Svetlana Radenković is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at ParkourSC since March 2023, Svetlana previously held the position of Human Resources Director at ENEL PS for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included developing HR policies, managing staff wellness, and overseeing hiring processes. Prior to that, Svetlana worked in HR coordination at DHL and held managerial roles focused on recruitment, training, and performance evaluation at ORSUS d.o.o. and DHL. Svetlana holds a Master of Science from the University of Belgrade, specializing in social policy, as well as a B.Sc. degree as a special pedagogue for the prevention and re-socialization of individuals with behavioral disorders.
