Stacia Glenn

Stacia Glenn is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Public Information Officer for Parks Tacoma since March 2023. With extensive experience in journalism, Stacia has worked as a Regional Editor for the American Alpine Club since May 2016, where reporting and editing duties include the annual Accidents in North American Climbing. Previous positions include Recreation Communications Manager at the Washington State Department of Natural Resources and News Reporter at The News Tribune, focusing on criminal justice accountability and real-time news coverage. Stacia has also held various roles in outdoor adventure and brand promotion, including Climbing Program Director for Wayward Adventures and Brand Ambassador for Woolx. Stacia’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Redlands.
