Parks EA offers executive assistant support for founders, consultants, and business leaders who are ready to stop doing it all themselves—and start focusing on what matters most.

With nearly a decade of experience supporting senior leadership and high-performing teams, I provide the kind of behind-the-scenes support that keeps your day (and your mind) clear.

Whether it’s managing your calendar and inbox, coordinating vendors, organizing cloud files, or prepping meetings—my goal is simple: help you protect your time, stay ahead of the curve, and lead without overwhelm.

Services include:
✔ Calendar & inbox management
✔ Appointment & travel booking
✔ Digital file organization (Google Drive, Dropbox)
✔ Weekly meeting prep & follow-up
✔ Light expense tracking & vendor coordination
✔ Delegation strategy + time-saving workflows
and more!

Let’s make space for the work only you can do.
