Girraj Sharma has over 12 years of experience in HR, administration, and corporate roles. GIRRAJ is currently working as AGM HR & Admin at Parksons Packaging Ltd. Since joining Kumar Printers Private Limited in 2013, they have served as Group Head of HR/IR & Admin, where they were responsible for various functions such as manpower planning, recruitment, induction, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, risk management, and statutory compliance. Prior to that, they worked at Belliss India Limited as a Group Manager in HR, IR, Admin, and Corporate roles. GIRRAJ also has experience as a Manager in HR and Administration at JRD Perfect Tools Pvt Limited. Throughout their career, Girraj Sharma has demonstrated skills in office management, budgeting, procurement, and implementation of policies and procedures.

Girraj Sharma has a diverse education history spanning several years. GIRRAJ began their education in 1987 at Govt Senior Secondary School, Ballabgarh, where they completed their 10+2 in Public Administration, History, and Political Science in 1989. GIRRAJ then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Administration, Political Science, and History from Jobs in Warangal, graduating in 1995.

In 1998, Girraj Sharma enrolled at Annamalai University and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Public Administration in 2000. GIRRAJ continued their education at Software Engineering Jobs, pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Criminal Procedure Code and Civil Procedure Code, which they completed in 2008.

During this time, Girraj Sharma also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Amity University, earning their degree in 2008. GIRRAJ further expanded their knowledge in the field of labor laws by completing a Diploma in Labour Laws in 2009 from Software Engineering Jobs.

In addition to their formal education, Girraj Sharma has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include Strategic People Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in July 2021, Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager, Certified HR Business Partner, certified OD Analyst, and Certified OD Intervention Professional from Middle Earth HR between April and June 2021. GIRRAJ also holds certifications such as Certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc. in January 2020, Certified Internal Auditor for IMS (QMS ISO 9001:2015 + EMS 14001:2015 + OHSAS 18001:2007) from Global Services in May 2019, Certificate of POSH from Labour Law Reporter in March 2017, and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from QMCS in July 2019.
