Rachel V.

Rachel V. began their work experience in 2011 as a Nursing Student at California Baptist University. After graduating in 2014, they joined Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center, Inc. as a Process Improvement Coordinator, a role they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Rachel served as the Patient Relations and Risk Manager at the same company. Currently, they hold the position of Quality Services Director at Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center, Inc.

Rachel V. completed their Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from California Baptist University from 2008 to 2013. In August 2014, they obtained their Registered Nurse certification from the Board of Registered Nursing. Additionally, in April 2021, they obtained the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) certification from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
