Roy Robertson

President, Specialty Services Lines & Parkview Heart Institute at Parkview Health

As president of specialty service lines, Dr. Robertson leads Parkview’s specialty service line physician leaders alongside the senior vice president of specialty service lines and ancillary services. He also serves as president of the Parkview Heart Institute, where he partners with the chief operating officer to lead the institute’s growth, planning, and overall strategy for cardiology care.

Dr. Robertson earned a medical degree with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his residency at Indiana University School of Medicine with the designation of outstanding internal medicine resident. Dr. Robertson’s fellowship in cardiology was completed at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, and he is board certified in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease. He is actively involved in several clinical trials and serves as a clinical associate professor of medicine for the Indiana University School of Medicine.
