Jim Carbone

Jim Carbone is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in the vending and coffee industries. Currently serving as Vice President Operations at WithMe, Inc. since September 2021, Jim has also co-founded Tradecraft Outfitters, focusing on beverage programs for the hospitality sector since July 2007. Previous roles include Chief Operations Officer at Workwell Food & Beverage Co., where Jim enhanced specialty coffee services, and Vice President of Business Development at Compass Group USA, where Jim implemented craft coffee programs across various sectors. Jim's career began with significant positions at Betson Enterprises and PRO Vending Sales & Service, culminating in extensive management experience across multiple states and companies. Jim holds a degree from Northeastern Illinois University and completed the NAMA MSU Executive Development Program.
