Masood Haider

Dr. Haider, the President & CEO of the company also serves as its Technical Director focusing on laboratory QA methodologies and certification. Dr. Haider has over twenty five years experience in the Clinical Laboratory field and has held several senior management positions in various organizations. He was trained as a Clinical Chemist at Solano Laboratories, Berkeley, CA and later joined the renowned Nichols Institute of Endocrinology, San Pedro, CA. Three years later he joined Roche Clinical Laboratories which ultimately became LabCorp. He served at Roche Biomedical Laboratories/LabCorp for 22 years, eleven of which were in the capacity of one of the Vice Presidents of the Northeastern Reference Laboratories, located in New Jersey. Dr. Haider was responsible for the direction of the core laboratory operations of the laboratories and for Quality Assurance. In addition, he headed the group which made decisions regarding the area of Immunoassays for the entire company. He has served as a full-time consultant for quality enhancement for Bristol Myers Squibb Clinical Laboratories.

Dr. Haider obtained his Ph.D in Biochemistry from the University of California Medical Center, San Francisco, which is rated as one of the ten best schools in the United States in this discipline. He did post-doctoral work at the University of Washington and State University of New York at Buffalo. He has published several papers and has written invited chapters for books.
