Delio Perez, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of People Excellence at Parkway Construction & Architecture, a role held since March 2016, focusing on aligning Human Resources and training initiatives with the company's strategic growth objectives. Prior to this position, Delio held roles as Director of People Excellence and Recruiting Manager at Davaco Inc. from July 2013 to March 2016, overseeing global talent acquisition efforts. Experience also includes serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at SalesSource from May 2010 to August 2013, and Branch Manager roles at Staffmark and Personally Yours Staffing, where significant improvements in recruitment strategies and operational efficiency were achieved.
