With a background that includes serving on the Advisory Board for Oklahoma State University's Construction Management Technology program from April 2007 to January 2016 and a previous tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Contact Wireless from 1992 to 2000, Vaughan brings extensive industry experience. Parkway Construction was founded in 1981 by John Elmer, whose vision was for Parkway to become the “Customer’s Choice” by delivering excellent projects with excellent people.
