Kendra Goodwin Brown has a wealth of experience in community development, employment, and training coordination roles. Currently, Kendra holds the position of Community & Neighbourhood Development Manager at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group, overseeing the Motiv8 and Be Well contract delivery. Prior to this, Kendra worked as the Motiv8 Manager in Manchester, delivering programs funded by The Big Lottery and European Social Fund. Kendra also has experience with employment and enterprise management at various organizations such as The Big Life Group, Shaw Trust, and Salford City College. Kendra's educational background includes a Level 5 ILM Coaching degree and a BA (hons) in Performing Arts from The University of Salford.

Our purpose is to provide good quality homes and services to our residents and customers, and to play a leading role in creating safer, healthier communities. We manage almost 14,000 properties, providing homes for more than 29,000 people in Wythenshawe, making us the largest housing association in Manchester. Through our More Homes programme we aim to deliver more than 1000 new homes over the next five years with an estimated £195m investment. This will help address the housing shortage and leave a lasting legacy in our communities.
