Stephen Sermon has held various roles related to information governance and data management in different organizations. Stephen currently works as a Data Quality Manager at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group and also serves as an Information Governance Lead. Previously, Stephen was the Senior Data Assurance Officer at Manchester City Council and an Information Governance Officer at Stockport Homes Group. Stephen also has experience working as a Risk and Information Governance Officer at the University of Sheffield. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Policy & Criminology from The University of Sheffield and is currently pursuing a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Data Protection & Information Governance Practitioner from Damar Limited.

Our purpose is to provide good quality homes and services to our residents and customers, and to play a leading role in creating safer, healthier communities. We manage almost 14,000 properties, providing homes for more than 29,000 people in Wythenshawe, making us the largest housing association in Manchester. Through our More Homes programme we aim to deliver more than 1000 new homes over the next five years with an estimated £195m investment. This will help address the housing shortage and leave a lasting legacy in our communities.
