Julius Amakor

Julius Amakor, PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and professional services. Julius is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Parkway since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at NCR Corporation, where they held various roles. From May 2018 to May 2023, they served as the Manager of Professional Services, responsible for managing services delivery and revenue generation in the Nigeria Territory. Before that, they were a Software Support Team Lead, providing ATM solutions support coverage and leading solution delivery of ATM application product lines. From January 2008 to July 2011, they worked as a Professional Services Consultant, overseeing testing and rollout of ATM application updates/upgrades and conducting testing on NCR product lines. Julius also has experience as an IT Personnel at DPMS from 2003 to 2004.

Julius Amakor, PMP, has a diverse education history that has equipped him with a strong foundation for their professional career. Julius obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, Julius pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2019.

Additionally, Julius has actively pursued certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field. Julius obtained the Certified Project Manager certification from Professional Project Management, Inc. in 2013, demonstrating their expertise in project management. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Selling into Companies and Cybersecurity Awareness: Security Overview from LinkedIn in February 2023 and March 2021, respectively.
