Matt Mooney

Matt Mooney has a strong background in real estate investment and operations. Matt currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Parkway Property Investments since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Director of Investments and Operations at the same company from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Parkway Property Investments, Matt worked at Cousins Properties Incorporated as Senior Vice President & Managing Director from 2017 to 2020, and from 2016 to 2017. Matt previously served as Vice President & Managing Director at Parkway Properties from 2005 to 2016.

Matt Mooney has a BBA in Business Administration and an MBA in Business Administration, both from Mississippi State University. However, no specific start or end years were provided for either degree.
