Madhur Pandey started their career at Mother's Recipe in 2002 as a Brand Executive, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined Parle Agro Pvt Ltd as a Marketing Manager before being promoted to Vice President Marketing in 2012, a position they currently hold.
Madhur Pandey completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in commerce at National Education Society High School from 1997 to 2000.
