Bryan P. Maruyama

Bryan represents and advises clients on issues related to insolvency and related litigation, and lending transactions. He works on behalf of financial institutions, property managers, trade suppliers, trustees in bankruptcy and receivers, assisting them on a range of issues that include lending, banking, bankruptcy, receivership, foreclosures, collections, builders’ liens, and landlord and tenant matters.
