Kaitlyn Gramlich

Kaitlyn joined Parlee McLaws as an associate in 2016 following the completion of her articles with the firm. During her articling year, Kaitlyn’s experience included insurance litigation, corporate law, commercial litigation, drafting technology licensing and service agreements, general civil litigation, taxation law, and labour and employment matters. Kaitlyn has represented clients before the Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.

Prior to beginning her legal studies, Kaitlyn received a Bachelor of Management Degree in Finance from the University of Lethbridge and gained experience in the oil and gas industry while working at a natural gas company in Calgary, Alberta. While in law school, Kaitlyn volunteered with Student Legal Assistance, which provided her with exposure to a variety of legal matters. Kaitlyn also participated in negotiation and trial competitions in law school, which provided her with experience in preparing and executing dispute resolution strategies.
