Laura has been an associate at Parlee since 2020, after completing her articles with the firm. Her practice focuses on residential real estate, wills & estate, restructuring & insolvency, and business law in the specific areas of securities, financial services and corporate/commercial.

Within Laura’s diverse practice, she can help her clients with drafting wills, managing estates, and residential real estate transactions. She also has experience with restructuring and insolvency matters, securities transactions, purchase and sale transactions, incorporations, and commercial agreements.

Born and raised in Edmonton, Laura enjoys exploring the vast beauty and adventure that the city has to offer. When she is not helping her clients succeed, Laura will likely be enjoying the outdoors in the company of her daughter, husband and dog, Dexter.
