Ryan Sierra

Ryan Sierra has extensive experience in the digital media and production industry, currently working in a Production role at Parliament since August 2022. Previously, Ryan served as an Associate Digital Video Analyst at Sony Pictures Entertainment from June 2019 to August 2022, focusing on workflow analysis and technology evaluation. Earlier roles include positions at The Mill as both a Datalab Assistant and Technical Operator, NBCUniversal as a Digital Media Operator, and various technical roles at Deluxe Entertainment, Modern VideoFilm, and Advanced Digital Services. Ryan began the career journey as a Production Assistant for the 2004 MTV Movie Awards and holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Television, Film and New Media Production from San Diego State University.
