Marissa Kassapakis

Marissa Kassapakis is an experienced professional in member support and customer experience, currently serving as a Member Support Executive at Parliament Hill Ltd since September 2025, where responsibilities include optimizing support operations and enhancing member interactions. As Social and Content Manager for Women of Customer Success since February 2025, Marissa oversees chapter events and aligns them with organizational goals. Previous roles include leading a customer experience team at Curve, managing customer support and brand partnerships at GoodnessMe, and contributing as an Outbound Agent at HelloFresh.
