Danijela Rickman

Danijela Rickman currently serves as the Director at the Department of Parliamentary Services, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Danijela was a Director at the Net Zero Economy Agency and held various senior positions at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts, focusing on capability, talent, culture, and workforce planning. Danijela’s extensive experience includes roles such as Assistant Director addressing culture, diversity, and inclusion, and Executive Officer to First Assistant Secretary in people governance. Previous positions encompass leadership in diversity and entry-level programs across multiple departments, including the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Danijela holds a Bachelor of Tourism and Events Management from the University of Canberra and is currently pursuing further education at Swinburne University of Technology.
