Kiruban Aliges

Kiruban Aliges currently serves as a Special Officer for the Executive Director and Member of Parliament (Senator) at the Parliament of Malaysia since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kiruban worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Career International 科锐国际 from October 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included advertising vacancies, headhunting candidates, managing the interview process, and facilitating business development between clients and companies. Previous experience includes a role as a Protege i-Sinar Associate at EPF Malaysia, Co-Founder of Kangayam Kaalaigal Solutions, Felo at the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre, an intern at the Malaysia National Commission UNESCO, and a Safety and Security Officer at Google Malaysia. Kiruban holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Law from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a Bachelor's degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from University Malaysia Kelantan.
