Jan de Villiers

Jan de Villiers is a seasoned politician and business leader currently serving as a Member of Parliament for the Democratic Alliance, holding the position of Committee Chairperson of the Parliamentary Portfolio of Public Service & Administration since 2024, and previously as the DA Shadow Minister for Small Business Development from 2020 to 2024. As a business owner of Millstream Property Solutions since 2013 and a Director at Key Capital Property Holdings since 2005, Jan also has a background in local government as a Councillor and Mayoral Committee member for Infrastructure at the Municipality of Stellenbosch from 2016 to 2019. Jan's professional experience is complemented by roles such as General Manager at Eikestad Mall from 2008 to 2013. Jan holds an MBA from Stellenbosch University, an Advanced Diploma in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Red & Yellow Creative School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Stellenbosch University.
