Natalie Jackson is a seasoned professional in organisational strategy and performance, currently serving as the Manager at the Parliamentary Counsel Office in New Zealand since November 2021. In this role, Natalie leads initiatives that inform the strategic direction of the organisation, develops business planning and reporting tools, and ensures compliance with external performance reporting requirements. Prior to this, Natalie held key positions at the Manatū Taonga Ministry for Culture and Heritage and the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, focusing on policy advisory roles in relation to the Pacific region and strategic planning processes. Additionally, Natalie gained experience in fundraising and team leadership at Aida Sales & Marketing Pty Ltd. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Development Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
