Inga Nielsen

Inga Nielsen has over 10 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Inga is currently the Lead Talent Acquisition Operations & Strategic Hires at Parloa, where they develop and executes strategic talent acquisition plans and manages end-to-end talent acquisition operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Parloa, where they focused on full-cycle recruiting and improving the candidate experience.

Before joining Parloa, Inga worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Wunderflats, where they managed full-cycle recruiting across all departments and implemented scalable recruiting processes.
