Eugene Ovcharov

Eugene Ovcharov has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eugene began their career at PROGNOZ.RU in 1998 as a Project Manager and worked their way up to Deputy CEO. During their time at PROGNOZ.RU, Eugene held various management roles, including Managing Director of Public Finance, Managing Director of International Operations, and Deputy Managing Director of Government Solutions. Eugene was responsible for overseeing the development of DSS/BPM systems for the public finance sector, supervising the User Interface Design Division, and coordinating the company's Technical Council. In 2016, Eugene became the Chief Executive Officer of PARMA Technologies Group.

Eugene Ovcharov completed their education at Perm State University (PSU), where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence from 2004 to 2006. During the same period, they also obtained their PhD in Economics from PSU. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2001, Eugene Ovcharov studied Economics and Mathematics at the same university, but did not specify a degree earned during this time.
