Ilya Melnikov

Ilya Melnikov is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at PARMA Technologies Group since April 2016, Ilya has previously held significant roles at PROGNOZ, including Head of Development and Testing Center for the Public Sector Division and Head of the Advanced Development Center, from February 2013 to March 2016. Ilya's career at PROGNOZ began in October 2003 as the Deputy Managing Director of the System Software Development Department, where responsibilities spanned nearly a decade. Ilya holds a degree in Programming from Perm State University, completed in 2004.
