Sergei Kostylev

Sergei Kostylev has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Sergei started their career as a Developer at JSC NIIUMS in 1999 before moving on to Mainstream Software as a Software Developer. In 2006, they joined JSC UralAvtoImport as a Project Manager. From 2009 to 2012, Sergei was self-employed as an Entrepreneur, managing a small business focused on building and managing IT infrastructure for clients. Sergei then joined JSC PROGNOZ in 2012, where they held various positions including Team Lead, Project Manager, Deputy Head of Tax IT Center, and Deputy Head of Regional Solutions. In 2016, Sergei joined PARMA Technologies Group as a Senior Project Manager, before being promoted to Deputy director for business development in 2019. Throughout their career, Sergei has successfully managed projects in different sectors, including automating tax service agencies, data analysis, forecasting in municipal management, and developing public finance portals.

Sergei Kostylev pursued their education at Perm State University (PSU), where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they continued their studies at PSU and completed a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from 2002 to 2004.
