Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith has over 36 years of experience in property management, specializing in both industrial properties and office buildings. Currently, Kelly serves as a Senior Property Manager at Parmenter, a position held since January 2019. Previously, Kelly worked at Cawley Partners as a Property Manager and at Holt Lunsford Commercial in a similar role focused on industrial properties.
