Lisa Dolan

Lisa Dolan is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Parnell Veterinary Pharmaceuticals since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as the Human Resources and Compliance Manager at Formula Chemicals NSW Pty Ltd from February 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day HR activities, performance management, workplace health and safety, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Lisa is also experienced in leading special projects, enhancing workplace culture, and maintaining accreditation standards. Earlier in Lisa's career, roles included Administrative Assistant and Trading Law Assistant at Asda from November 2008 to May 2015. Academically, Lisa holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Queens University Belfast and a Bachelor of Laws from Ulster University.
