Łukasz Toczko

Łukasz Toczko has a comprehensive background in sales and management roles within the technical insulation division. Łukasz started their career at Paroc Polska Sp. z o.o. in 2002 as a Technical Insulation Sales Specialist for Italy and export markets. In 2008, they joined PAROC and took on various positions, including TI Product Manager HVAC & Industry and TI Development Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the TI Sales Manager for South and South-East Europe, focusing on business and customer development. In 2017, they were promoted to Sales Director for East and South-East Europe, responsible for executing growth strategies. Recently, in 2021, they joined Owens Corning as the Business Director for the MARINE Global and OEM CE, also serving as a member of the management team.

Łukasz Toczko completed their Bachelor's degree in Company Management, Communication, and Negotiation skills' development from Wyższa Szkoła Komunikacji i Zarządzania w Poznaniu. Łukasz attended this institution from 1998 to 2001. Afterwards, they pursued their Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Economy in Poznan, from 2001 to 2004.
