Serving as CEO and Chairman, he takes a hands-on approach, from product conceptualization to global rollout. Paromint acts as a tech enabler for businesses, facilitating smooth transitions to new technologies. The firm remains steadfast in its R&D efforts, customizing solutions across diverse industries.

Paromint has redefined client digital landscapes, moving them from synchronous to asynchronous architectures and from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0. Employing AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing, the company readies enterprises for technological shifts.

In addition to Paromint, Dhammapal initiated the Tantra Samvat Technologies Foundation. The foundation delves into the intersections of philosophy, epistemology, and mathematics in the age of AI and Quantum Computing. It aims to understand the emergence of consciousness in machines and develop a universal mathematical model for it.

On the sustainability front, he established the Urvara Agriculture Research Foundation. The foundation employs precision agriculture to increase crop yields and reduce environmental impacts, with the long-term vision of sustainable agriculture.

Dhammapal has acted as a tech consultant and advisor to several startups and has engaged with major companies like Honeywell, IRI, and Microsoft. His early career began at Honeywell's Aviation division, followed by leadership roles in engineering at Microsoft and IRI.

He has an impressive academic background, with a triple major in physics, mathematics, and statistics from Nagpur University, and a Master’s in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli. His interests span Quantum Physics, Epistemology, Neural Networks, and more.
