Paul Aubin has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across multiple sectors, notably within faith-based and business environments. Currently serving as Chairman of CEO Advisory Boards and Vice President of Convene Chair Training & Development, Paul focuses on empowering Christian CEOs and business owners through mentoring and peer-group advisory meetings. Previous roles include Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach at The John Maxwell Company, and Pastor of Men's Ministry at Mariners Church, where leadership development and faith-based growth were key responsibilities. As Founder and CEO of Newport Beach Vacation Properties, Paul elevated the standards of property management in coastal communities.
