JR Charles

JR Charles has been in the business world since 2010 when they became the Owner of Digital Consultants LLC, a consultancy agency that focuses on start-ups. In this role, they developed and oversaw digital marketing strategies to maximize value from SEO, SEM, PPC, Social media, Influencers, E-Mail, etc. JR also consulted with clients to identify key requirements, defined project scope, developed project plan and schedule, and provided leadership to internal teams on projects and daily production issues. In 2020, they became the CEO of ParOne, where they are responsible for the short- and long-term profitability and growth of the company.

JR Charles obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2008, majoring in Engineering, Architecture, and Business. JR then earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Capella University in 2010, majoring in Business. In June 2020, they obtained a Computer Science certification from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX.
