NgaThuong Le has extensive work experience in the electronics industry. From 1983 to 2016, they served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Cal Quality Electronics, Inc. In 2016, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at PARPRO Corporation - Partners in Production & Design.

NgaThuong Le completed a four-year curriculum in computer science and mathematics from 1985 to 1988 at California State University, Long Beach. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1985, they attended Long Beach City College, where they completed a transfer program in general studies.
