Flaviano Da Costa Masnik

Graduated in Business Administration from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) (1995-1999), Flaviano da Costa Masnik holds a postgraduate degree in Finance from the Catholic Faculty of Administration and Economics (FAE) (2002-2002), a postgraduate degree in Lean Six Sigma from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR) (2013-2015) and Executive MBA in Sector Administration (2018-2020).

Among the positions Masnik has held are insurance coordinator (2004-2006) at HSBC Seguros SA, services manager (2006-2008) at HSBC Vida e Previdência SA and operations manager at HSBC Bank Brasil SA (2008-2011) .

Since 2011, Masnik has been an administrator in the Financial Board of Itaipu Binacional, he has also coordinated the Project Office (PMO) of the Financial Board (2018-2019), is the manager of the SAP – Business Intelligence application (2016-2019) and has represented the Superintendence of Financial Administration in the Process Office of the Financial Directorate since (2013-2019).

He is also an elected member of the Investment Committee of Fundação Itaipu Brasil de Previdência e Assistência Social (Fibra) (April/2018 to March/2021) and has now been reappointed as an appointed member of the sponsor (Itaipu) for the period (April/2018). 2021 to March/2024).

He has Black Belt (2015-current) and CPA20 (2018-current) certifications.
