Dorabela Charneca

Dorabela Charneca currently serves as the Vogal do Conselho de Administração and CFO at Parques de Sintra - Monte da Lua since September 2018. From March 2016 to March 2022, Dorabela held a position as a member of the board at the Associação Portuguesa de Facility Management. Previously, Dorabela gained extensive experience at SIBS from January 1994 to August 2018, where roles included Facility and Property Manager, Procurement and Asset Management, and Controller. Dorabela's early career included a role as Técnica de planeamento at CP - Comboios de Portugal, EPE in 1993. Educational achievements include an Executive Education program in Financial Management for the Public Sector at INDEG-ISCTE in 2023, a specialization course in Public Procurement at CEACP in 2023, and an Advanced Management program for Executives at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2019, among other qualifications in Facility Management and Economics from prestigious institutions.
