Eric Taga's work experience begins in 2010 as a Quality Control Intern at Sefapi, where they successfully implemented the 5S method, resulting in a significant reduction in quality problems and a boost in monthly revenue.

Eric then moved on to KPMG in 2011, starting as an Intern at Webb and later becoming a Junior Analyst at BrainNet Webb. In this role, Eric worked on strategic sourcing projects for IT infrastructure services at GRU Airport for the Brazil FIFA World Cup 2014.

In 2013, Eric joined Laureate International Universities, initially as a Buyer and later as a Senior Buyer and Senior Procurement Specialist. Eric played a pivotal role in developing global category strategies for Facilities and Utilities, leading to substantial cost savings and quick-win opportunities.

Moving forward to 2021, Eric became the Head of Procurement at Parques Reunidos, where they were responsible for managing Facility Management at a global level across 60 parks in 12 countries. Shortly after, they took on the role of Corporate Facilities Procurement Director, overseeing a procurement board of directors and executing strategies to deliver €16m in savings over a five-year period.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in procurement and facility management, consistently delivering cost savings and leveraging their skills to drive operational excellence within the companies they have worked for.

Eric Taga completed their education as follows: from 2005 to 2007, they attended Colégio Bandeirantes for their high school education. Eric then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from 2008 to 2012 at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, focusing on General Management, from BSP - Business School São Paulo. Continuing their education, they completed an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Business Administration at BSP - Business School São Paulo from 2015 to 2016. Alongside their formal education, they obtained various certifications, including Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management in 2019 and several others related to procurement, sourcing, and business.
