Julio Parra

Julio Parra has a strong background in program management and consulting. Julio is the owner, President, and CEO of Parra Consulting Group, Inc., where they provide professional services to the public and private sectors. Julio has expertise in federal policies and procedures within military and civilian agencies. Prior to starting their own company, Julio worked as a program manager at AQUAS, Inc. and the United States Army, where they assisted in planning, managing, and coordinating operations at the command and division levels. Julio also has experience in Special Forces operations and intelligence, where they planned and participated in missions in Central and South America. Throughout their career, Julio has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop strategies, and advise senior executives.
