Matthew Gambill has extensive experience in both public service and business development. Currently serving as a State Representative for Cartersville and Bartow County in the Georgia House of Representatives since January 2019, Gambill was first elected in November 2018 and has since been re-elected in 2020 and 2022. In addition, Gambill holds the position of Business Development Manager at Parrish Construction Group, focusing on sectors such as higher education and healthcare. Previously, Gambill worked in business development at NFP Corporate Benefits, where expertise was utilized to guide various entities in employee benefits selection and acquisition. Earlier in a significant role as Executive Director of the Georgia Association for Career and Technical Education, Gambill collaborated with multiple stakeholders to enhance Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education programs statewide. Gambill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lee University.
