Kate Seaver is an ASHA Certified, Speech-Language Pathologist with over 18 years of experience working with adults to help them overcome complex communication and accessibility limitations. Her professional focus is in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and she has consulted with major technology companies to conduct user experience research and design software to improve participation and quality of life for those with accessibility needs. She’s currently a Speech-Language Pathologist for Google’s Project Euphonia initiative for inclusive Automated Speech Recognition. She’s also a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist at the Leonard Florence Center in Chelsea, as well as a Research Consultant with the MGH Institute of Health Professions.
