Chelsea Stearns

Chelsea Stearns has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Chelsea started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Smart Circle International in 2013 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined ABC Imaging as a Talent Acquisition Lead. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at QinetiQ US, initially as a Technical Recruiting Manager and later as the Deputy Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement, with a focus on US Diversity & Inclusion. In 2021, they became an Adjunct Professor in the Master's in Human Resources Management Program at Georgetown University. Additionally, in 2022, they took on the role of Course Instructor for the Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential at SHRM. Currently, Chelsea is the Director of Human Resources at Parry Labs, a position they have held since October 2022.

Chelsea Stearns has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from George Mason University - School of Business. Chelsea also holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University. In addition to their degrees, Chelsea has obtained several certifications, including the SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential from SHRM in June 2022, the SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential from SHRM in January 2022, and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in February 2017.
