Harley Winkleblack

Harley Winkleblack has extensive experience in logistics, infrastructure, and military operations, currently serving as Group Lead for Logistics and Infrastructure at Parry Labs since May 2021, along with responsibilities as Test Laboratories and Off-Site Manager. Previous roles include Military Account Manager and Product Support Specialist at Perkins Technical Services, Inc. from May 2015 to May 2021, focusing on tactical communications business development and logistics management. Additional experience encompasses a training instructor position at Textron Systems, where Harley contributed to establishing the Australian Army's first UAS school, and as Standards Manager at AAI Corporation, where process improvements were implemented to enhance productivity and compliance.
