Jake Morgenstern

Jake Morgenstern has a diverse work experience in contract management and legal roles. Jake is currently the Director of Contracts & Supply Chain at Parry Labs, a position they started in February 2023. Prior to this, Jake worked as a Senior Contracts Manager at Tribalco from December 2019 to February 2023. Jake also held the role of Lead Federal Contracts Manager at Deloitte from December 2017 to December 2019, where they provided mission-critical support as the primary contracting liaison. Before that, Jake was a Senior Contracts Lead at Tetra Tech from September 2015 to December 2017, where they utilized their knowledge of contract management and provided counsel on procurement and financial issues. Jake also worked as a Senior Contracts Manager at CALIBRE Systems from March 2012 to September 2015, where they focused on drafting and negotiating contractual agreements. Prior to their corporate roles, Jake gained legal expertise as an Assistant Attorney General at the WV Attorney General's office from January 2011 to March 2012, and as a Contracts Analyst at the West Virginia Department of Administration from June 2010 to December 2010.

Jake Morgenstern attended West Virginia University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Following this, they enrolled at Syracuse University College of Law from 2007 to 2010, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Law.
