John Michael Wilshusen

John Michael Wilshusen has a diverse work experience in the real estate and energy sectors. John Michael is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Parse AI, a company that utilizes machine learning and optical character recognition to streamline property transactions. Prior to this, they worked at Texas Southern Land and Minerals as a Partner, where they identified potential acreage, ran mineral title, and conducted lease negotiations. John Michael also provided complex due diligence in mineral and leasehold acquisitions. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Independent Landman and Broker at Wiltex Consulting, Inc., where they coordinated the preparation of title opinions and negotiated for the acquisition of oil and gas leases. As a Landman at AED Group, LLC / Holland Services, they ran leasehold and mineral title, performed due diligence, and oversaw leasing activity for a project. Additionally, they served as a Landman at Kastner Land Services, where they ran titles, created mineral ownership reports, and leased open interests. John Michael began their career as a Legislative Assistant in the Texas House of Representatives.
