With a background in education and a Doctor of Education degree, Rachael has held various leadership positions in education-related organizations, utilizing data insights to positively impact student outcomes. Prior experience includes roles such as Chief Operating Officer at BARR Center and Deputy Superintendent at California Department of Education. With a strong foundation in English and History education, Rachael's career has been focused on driving continuous improvement and implementing innovative educational strategies.
