Sokneang Chhour

Sokneang CHHOUR is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Parser since April 2022, Sokneang leads cross-functional teams to enhance value for an airline client through efficient SaaS product delivery. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at DMI (Digital Management, LLC) from June 2015 to March 2022 as a Senior Project Manager, where Sokneang utilized Agile methodologies to manage Scrum teams and facilitated effective communication between product owners and developers. Sokneang's career also includes various roles in project management and quality assurance at Golden Gekko, as well as an export management position at The Kearny Alliance, demonstrating a strong blend of technical and managerial expertise. Sokneang holds a Master's degree in International Journalism Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Royal University of Phnom Penh.
