Katarina Willms

Katarina Willms has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Katarina most recently worked at ParshipMeet Group, starting in 2017 as an HR Generalist and progressing to become a Senior HR Generalist in 2021. In 2022, they became a Team Lead Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked at Asklepios as a Junior Personalreferentin from 2015 to 2017 and at DATAGROUP Hamburg GmbH as a Personalreferentin for a brief period in 2015. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Working Student in HR roles at Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe GmbH (BDK) and Tipp24 SE. Katarina also worked as a Working Student and later as a Sachbearbeiterin Einkaufssteuerung und Vertrieb Polen at bonprix Handelsgesellschaft mbH. Katarina began their career at bonprix as an Auszubildende zur Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau in 2008.

Katarina Willms obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Hamburg.
