Monika Strotmann

Monika Strotmann has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Monika is currently working at ParshipMeet Group as the Chief Human Resources Officer, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Parship Group from October 2020 to May 2023.

Before joining Parship Group, Monika worked as the Director of Human Resources and subsequently as the Head of Human Resources at diconium strategy and Parship Group, respectively. Monika also worked as a Management Consultant at diconium strategy and as an HR Business Partner at MEC.

Monika took a temporary break in 2015 to fulfill personal dreams before resuming their HR career as the HR Manager for Central & Northern Europe at Spigraph International. Monika then became the HR Manager for EMEA at DICOM International AG (later Spigraph International).

Monika began their professional journey as an Apprentice at Frontline Handels und Service GmbH. Monika also gained valuable experience in the entertainment industry, working as a Human Resources Administrator and intern at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies.

Monika Strotmann obtained a Propedeuse in International Business and Management Studies from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen in 2007. Then, from 2007 to 2010, they studied Human Resources at Hamburg School of Business Administration, earning a B.A. Finally, in 2011, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business and Economics at Lund University, completing it in 2012.
