Cher Griffith Taylor

Cher Griffith Taylor is an experienced transportation planner and electrification specialist with a strong background in electric vehicle (EV) adoption and infrastructure development. Current engagement as a Senior Transportation Planner at Parsons Corporation began in July 2023. Previously, Cher served as a Writer/Researcher for EV Strategic Planning at D+R International, where responsibilities included instructional roles on electrification for utility partners. While at Electrification Coalition from November 2018 to August 2022, Cher led initiatives to promote consumer EV adoption and advised on fleet electrification efforts in various U.S. cities. Earlier roles included directing energy policy at the Nuclear Information and Resource Service and coordinating assistive projects at the World Bank. Cher holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Middlebury College.
